I, (name of applicant), have received a job offer for the position of (specify) from ABC Company. This letter confirms that no one at ABC Company has made any representations or promises that the job which I am accepting offers guaranteed employment or job security of any kind. I understand that I have the right to leave the position at any time with or without notice and that I may be discharged at any time with or without cause or notice. All pertinent conditions of the job offer are contained in the employment agreement I will be given and which I will sign before commencing employment with ABC Company and that all terms concerning my job will be contained in this employment agreement, which may not be modified orally. Finally, I understand that I will be required to sign a Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreement prior to my actual starting date as a final pre-condition of my employment. I am returning this Confirmation immediately and have received a copy for my files:
